Kelly started Little Bites Coaching to help people get focused, get organized, and avoid burnout while making an impact.
Over the past 15 years, Kelly Harris Perin has spent time teaching middle school, working in higher education, and managing teams and projects in the nonprofit sector. Most of Little Bites' clients are leaders in the nonprofit and startup space, so increasing joy and sustainability (and guarding against burnout!) are often top priorities. When not facilitating retreats or reorganizing her clients' email inboxes, Kelly can usually be found park-hopping around Durham with her three children or planning her next beach getaway. Kelly holds a BA from Northwestern University and a Masters in Education Policy from the University of Maryland.
She's the co-creator of the Shine360 Leadership Review coaching process, has deep experience with the Myers-Briggs Typological Indicator and the Gallup Strengths Finder, and has completed facilitator training in the Immunity to Change coaching process at Harvard University. Kelly is a member of the International Coach Federation.
